There not, the floor shift is just not nearly as complicated. Simplify and add lightness.

I'm keeping the Ranchero column shift stick because FUCK ALL THE PRACTICALITY THINGS. Currently three-speed, so will make an extra transfer-majobber for the BW four-speed.
